You do. Once the project is paid in full, the custom code, design and store listings belong to your business, and the Apple and Google accounts are in your business name. We hand over all the code and accounts as soon as the final payment lands, and stay on as a team member through the 30-day bug-fix period so we can fix anything fast.
Every app is built with Apple and Google requirements in mind. If review comes back with changes, fixing them through to approval is part of the build.
